Stage 2 – Once you have confirmed your trip with the sales team, you will be sent a booking confirmation email containing the trip information, Hindleap Warren’s Terms and Condition and Hindleap Warren’s insurance details. On receipt of this please check over all the details and respond to the sales team agreeing to the terms and conditions.

At the same time as receiving the booking confirmation email, you will receive a 30% deposit invoice with 30-day payment terms from the finance team.
