In groups of 10−12 young people, the Hindleap instructor sets a series of fiendishly tricky challenges. It’s then up to the team to decide how to complete the challenge within the rules and boundaries set.

Good communication, physical skills and mental agility are crucial for young people to solve the puzzles, as is their ability to listen to other people’s perspectives. Different team dynamics and leadership styles are brought to the fore – and the activists, theorists, reflectors and pragmatists in each group are revealed!

Fun, engaging, rewarding and developmental: team building is at the heart of everything we do at Hindleap Warren. It’s what outdoor learning is all about.
