Accessibility FAQs

We’re dedicated to creating an inclusive environment and tailoring our sessions to ensure they’re accessible to everyone.

Can I bring my service dog to Hindleap?

Your furry friends are more than welcome, we ask that you inform us prior to your arrival and that you follow our Service dogs at Hindleap policy. This can be found here.

Are able to bring our own equipment for young people with sensory needs?

We would ask that you bring any personal equipment an individual may require to make their stay as comfortable as possible.

What adaptable equipment do you have?

We have a range of equipment to make our activities inclusive. You can see a list of our inclusion equipment on the Useful downloads page.

How accessible are your activities?

We recognise many people have varying needs – some will be physical impairing mobility, whereas others may have neurodiverse needs. All our activities are adaptable and inclusive, and as long as we know your needs in advance, we can discuss with you how to support these.

Are your buildings wheelchair accessible?

Yes, in part. We do have accommodation zones where wheelchairs can move freely through the building, and a lift for further access.

I have a question that hasn’t been answered

Please send an email to hellohindleap@londonyouth.org or use the form on our Contact page and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
